隱私權政策
- Nexmoor 沒有分析、廣告或當機回報工具，也不使用廣告 ID。
- 訊息、檔案和帳號存放在你所屬組織的伺服器，由組織管理。私人對話和群組預設端對端加密。
- 背景通知會經過 Google 的 Firebase 雲端通訊，但 Google 只會收到訊息編號、聊天室編號和未讀數，不會收到訊息內容或寄件人。
- 對資料有任何問題，寫信到 [email protected]。
1. 適用範圍與提供者
本政策適用於 Nexmoor App（Android 版，套件名稱 com.nexmoor.app）以及 nexmoor.com 網站。Nexmoor 由浩豐企管顧問股份有限公司（品牌名稱 Nexra，統一編號 86489583，地址：臺北市大安區羅斯福路二段 91 號 26 樓之 3）開發與維護，以下稱「我們」。
2. Nexmoor 怎麼運作
Nexmoor 是通訊 App 的用戶端。你加入組織後，App 會連線到該組織的通訊伺服器（Matrix 伺服器）。帳號由組織建立和管理，組織也決定伺服器上資料的保存方式，是這些資料的管理者。
我們不經營組織的伺服器，也無法讀取組織伺服器上的資料。唯一的例外是我們自己提供的「Nexmoor 示範組織」，請見第 8 節。
3. App 處理哪些資料、傳給誰

手機權限
- 相機：掃描組織的 QR Code、視訊通話。QR Code 在手機上解讀，不會上傳。
- 麥克風：語音訊息、通話。
- 通知：顯示新訊息和來電。
- 生物辨識：如果你開啟 App 鎖定，用來解鎖。
這些權限只在你使用相關功能時才會用到。
4. 我們不做的事
- 不使用分析、廣告或當機回報工具，也不讀取廣告 ID。
- 不收集位置資訊，App 目前沒有位置分享功能。
- 不讀取你的通訊錄。
- 不出售你的資料，也不把資料用於廣告。
5. 資料保存在哪裡、保存多久
- 訊息、檔案和帳號存放在組織的伺服器，保存期間由組織決定。
- 手機上的資料加密保存。App 的診斷紀錄只留在手機上，最多 7 天，不會上傳。移除 App 就會刪除手機上的資料。
- 推播轉送伺服器只為了轉送通知而短暫處理資料，不保存訊息內容。
6. 安全
- App 和伺服器之間的連線都經過加密（HTTPS）。
- 私人對話和群組預設端對端加密。
- 手機上的資料庫經過加密，金鑰由 Android 的安全金鑰庫保護。你也可以開啟 PIN 碼或生物辨識鎖定。
- 組織設定經過組織簽署，App 驗證通過才會套用。
7. 第三方服務
- Google Firebase 雲端通訊：傳送背景通知。請參考 Google 隱私權政策。
- nexmoor.com 網站由 Cloudflare 代管，並使用 Google Fonts 字型。網站不使用 Cookie 或分析工具；代管服務商可能為了安全目的記錄連線的 IP 位址。
8. Nexmoor 示範組織
為了讓測試者和 App 商店審查人員試用，我們經營一個「Nexmoor 示範組織」，帳號由我們建立。這個組織只用於測試，資料可能隨時清除，請不要在裡面傳送機密資料。若要刪除示範帳號，請寫信到 [email protected]。
9. 你的權利與刪除資料
- 組織帳號：帳號和訊息由組織管理。要查詢、更正或刪除，請聯絡你的組織管理者。如果組織伺服器允許，你也可以在 App 的設定中停用帳號。
- 我們持有的資料（例如你寫給客服的信、示範組織的帳號）：你可以依個人資料保護法要求查詢、更正或刪除。請寫信到 [email protected]，我們會在 30 天內回覆。
10. 兒童
Nexmoor 供組織成員工作使用，不是為 13 歲以下兒童設計的。
11. 政策變更
政策有變更時，我們會更新本頁並修改生效日期；重大變更會另外在 App 或網站上通知。

Privacy Policy (English)
Who we are
This policy covers the Nexmoor app for Android (package com.nexmoor.app) and the nexmoor.com website. Nexmoor is developed and maintained by HAOFENG MANAGEMENT CONSULTING CO., LTD. (brand: Nexra; Taiwan business no. 86489583; 26F.-3, No. 91, Sec. 2, Roosevelt Rd., Da'an Dist., Taipei City 106606, Taiwan), “we”.
How Nexmoor works
Nexmoor is a messaging client. After you join an organization, the app connects to that organization's Matrix server. Your organization creates and manages your account and decides how data on its server is kept; it is the controller of that data. We do not operate organizations' servers and cannot read data on them, except for our own demo organization (see below).
Data the app processes
- Account, messages, files and calls go to your organization's server. Encrypted conversations are encrypted and decrypted on your device. Calls go through call servers configured by your organization's server.
- Organization code is sent to the organization configuration server to fetch the signed configuration (server address, name, branding); the app downloads the organization's logos from the URLs in that configuration.
- Push notifications: a Firebase installation ID, and for each notification the event ID, room ID and unread count, pass through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and our push gateway. Message content and senders are never included; the app fetches the message from your organization's server.
- Device model, OS version, app version and device name are sent to your organization's server to identify your sessions. Your IP address is visible to the servers you connect to.
- Permissions: camera (scanning the organization QR code, which is decoded on the device; video calls), microphone (voice messages, calls), notifications, and biometrics (optional app lock). They are used only when you use these features.
What we don't do
No analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs; no advertising ID; no location collection (the app has no location sharing); no access to your contacts; we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Storage, retention and security
Messages, files and accounts are stored on your organization's server for as long as your organization decides. Data on the device is encrypted at rest with keys protected by the Android Keystore; diagnostic logs stay on the device for up to 7 days and are never uploaded; uninstalling the app removes local data. The push gateway handles notifications only transiently and does not store message content. Connections use HTTPS, private conversations are end-to-end encrypted by default, an optional PIN or biometric lock is available, and organization configurations are signature-verified before use.
Third parties
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications (Google Privacy Policy). The website is hosted by Cloudflare and uses Google Fonts; it sets no cookies and uses no analytics, but the host may log IP addresses for security.
Demo organization
We operate the “Nexmoor 示範組織” (demo organization) for testers and app store reviewers. Its accounts are created by us; data may be deleted at any time; do not send confidential information there. To delete a demo account, email [email protected].
Your rights and deletion
For organization accounts, contact your organization's administrator to access, correct or delete your account and messages; if your organization's server allows it, you can also deactivate your account in the app's settings. For data we hold (support emails, demo accounts), email [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
Children, changes and contact
Nexmoor is intended for members of organizations and is not designed for children under 13. We will update this page and its effective date when the policy changes, and announce material changes in the app or on the website. Contact: [email protected].
